HoYeon

South Korean actor and model Hoyeon was recognized internationally for her role in the Netflix original series, Squid Game. She played Kan Saebyeok (also known as Player 067). In recognition of her performance that made headlines in the series, Hoyeon won the Screen Actors Guild award for Best Performance by a Female Actor in an Drama Series and was awarded an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series. Hoyeon is from Myeonmok-dong (a suburb located in Seoul) she began her career as an independent model at Seoul Fashion Week 2011. The Korean version of Next Top Model was her fourth season and she finished with the title of runner-up. In 2016, she earned her big international break after she signed an exclusive worldwide contract with Louis Vuitton. She's been in numerous campaigns since then and modelled with a number of designers including Fendi and Marc Jacobs. In addition, she has appeared in a variety of fashion magazines, including the international editions that include Vogue, ELLE, Harper's Bazaar, W, V as well as a myriad of others. Sharni was born and raised at home in NSW (Australia) within the Cronulla suburb along Sydney's south coast. She took part in the National Level of Swimming as an teen and set four State records throughout the course of her high school. Sharni began dancing, singing and acting from a young stage, and was the youngest generation of performers in her family.
